New York City is coming back to life after being the most hard-hit city by COVID -19 and experiencing the worst job losses. New York City is a dining Mecca with many restaurants finally starting to get busy and in some areas, you need to book reservations in advance.
The vaccinated can once again meet friends, sit at bars and restaurants and celebrate after year-long isolation. It feels like what New York is famous for is coming back.
Many New Yorkers who are not vaccinated now have lots of opportunities to get the vaccine. The vaccine is widely available and administered often with no reservation needed.
Broadway and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts will reopen soon and most museums and some sports events are open.
On the Hudson River the Little Island just opened.
