2021-2022 New York City Apartments rental showing signs of improvement

New York City is coming back to life after being the most hard-hit city by COVID -19 and experiencing the worst job losses. New York City is a dining Mecca with many restaurants finally starting to get busy and in some areas, you need to book reservations in advance.

The vaccinated can once again meet friends,  sit at bars and restaurants and celebrate after year-long isolation. It feels like what New York is famous for is coming back.

Many New Yorkers who are not vaccinated now have lots of opportunities to get the vaccine. The vaccine is widely available and administered often with no reservation needed.

Broadway and  Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts will reopen soon and most museums and some sports events are open. 

On the Hudson River the Little Island just opened. 

New parks opened will offer a sandy public beach Gansevoort Peninsula Park and with the expansions of the Ferry lines Ferry NYC Routes,  access to surrounding riverways.

Many NYC residents, who fled the city for their country homes or for suburban houses believing it would insulate them, now miss their old lives and some are ready to return.

As people and university students find it safer to return,  the NYC rental and sales market will pick up over the summer months and fall months.

As prices became more affordable many New Yorkers upgraded and changed locations for a better lifestyle or easier access to schools for their kids.
