Set up Your daily calendar just like you were going to work. Create a daily to-do list for the next 3 – 7 days. Check off the items you completed. Setup SMART goals and hold yourself responsible.

8. Meditate and Practice Mindful Breathing

There have been many studies showing the benefits of meditation and mindfulness. Even as little as 5 minutes in the morning will help you alleviate your anxiety. Practicing meditation to fight stress can do wonders for your mental health. There are also simple breathing techniques that can be done anywhere and can help you lower your anxiety levels

9. Incorporate Some Culture In Your Daily Routine

Stress can wreak havoc on our health. It’s draining physically, emotionally and psychologically. That is why we need to find time to relax and enjoy ourselves. This means spending time watching romantic movies, re-reading our favorite books and listening to relaxing music.
